At Supplement World Canada, we want you to look as good as you feel. If your fitness apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the apparel you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging or a similar durable mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
